hi, I'm Leo, I'm 19
I've wrote my first line of code at 7
At 16 I built a cold email agency that did $240,000 in revenue for B2B SaaS companies
At 18 became CMO at a legal/relocation company
Today I run YouTube agency working with 6-7 figure founders
here's how I got here:
I was born in Moscow, Russia 🇷🇺
When I was 7, my dad introduced me to coding.
I've been learning ever since, eventually shifting into full stack development.
In 2020, when I was 13, I started my first SaaS startup
At this time there was no AI, no Claude. Only docs, Stack Overflow, and a lot of hours.
It was a tool that helped viewers book music on streams through donations (we took a commission from the donations + monthly subscription)
A couple of streamers used it through our network and referrals (made some money, not a big one tho)
But I had a crazy shiny object syndrome, so I shifted...
To chatbots
Then marketing tools
Then...
I kept hopping from one idea to another, yet one thing kept me inside my revenue ceiling
I sucked at marketing. COMPLETELY
So I made a decision:
I'll become so good at marketing that people won't stop buying from me
I started to read, watch, and learn
Book after book, podcast after podcast, video after video, trying thing after thing
I got better
Two years later I built Formify, a B2B form builder
I started actively pushing it through content, articles, socials, and SEO
In just 30 days I've collected 500 beta users
I built a community and a feedback board. People were supporting and engaging with what I was building
FINALLY
For the first time, I wasn't just building something and hoping people would find it
I actually knew how to get attention and how to convert it
I knew how to make people care
That was the moment I realized marketing was a skill I could build
So I decided to go all into marketing
That same year I opened an X account and started posting the design work I was doing (initially it was design for my SaaS, then I shifted into web design)
Tbh my designs sucked initially
Anyways, a couple of months in I'd gained 750 followers.
Then leads started to DM me, people started paying
Project after project
At one point I even hit $750 in a single day, and overall I made 5-figures from that account
I didn't think much about it at the time
I just posted and it just worked
Meanwhile I kept consuming more business content, going deeper and deeper.

At 16 I joined Charlie Morgan's Imperium Acquisition and started Acquisition Catalyst, a cold email agency for B2B SaaS (I felt like the perfect fit since I'd been running SaaS myself)
3.5 months of 16-hour grind days.
Millions of cold emails.
My first sales calls (complete cringe, by the way)...
And $240,000 in client revenue.
$240,000 in client revenue...
It was amazing feeling
For years I had been building things, switching ideas, trying to figure out why nothing was really taking off
And suddenly it all made sense.
I wasn't bad at building.
I was bad at getting attention.
Now I understood the game.
A god damn quarter of a million dollars generated because of what I'd built.
I remember thinking...
"This is it."
Marketing wasn't the thing holding me back anymore.
It became the thing that could make everything else work.
That's where I learned to think from the buyer's side: selling to cold audiences, targeting, offers, positioning, funnels, almost everything.
Next year, at 18 I became CMO at a legal/relocation company
I watched CPA keep climbing and outreach getting more and more saturated
We've doubled on organic, and it worked great
At the same time, I kept looking at the guys printing money with organic content.
It looked insanely scalable.
Insanely high ROI.
And I already knew it worked because of my experience in SaaS/X/Legal
The more I looked at it, the more I wanted to make a pivot
So I made another decision:
I left my high-paying position
My equity
My revenue share
And went all in on organic
This year I started https://t.co/3OElvmR6QE (SWC).
This is where I help founders turn YouTube into a channel that actually brings them clients while building a personal brand people trust
We've already generated six figures in client results
I'm working with amazing 6-7 figure entrepreneurs
And I've just decided to commit to it full time
We also launching https://t.co/fYBLbGdP0O with the vision of building the most accurate and detailed data & insights layer for organic marketing.
And it would be stupid to run a personal branding agency without building one myself.
So now I'm doing exactly what I do for my clients.
Posting
Building in public
Documenting everything
My closest goal is to start hitting $10k/month consistently
I'll document everything along the way.
Would love to have you join the journey ❤️
