Hey friends. I just started something BIG today. For the next 8 days, I’m participating in the @gethalfbaked X @boltdotnew Hackathon, building an MVP from scratch for a new app called Jamu. What is Jamu? It’s where remote workers meet through shared experiences not doomscrolling. imagine spontaneous meetups, micro-experiences, local culture, language exchange, and meaningful connection for people who normally work alone. Day 1 Goal: Build the Landing Page + Waitlist Today I’m focusing on just ONE thing: A simple landing page that explains the problem. Here’s what I’m working on: - A clean hero section explaining the mission - Background visuals showing people connecting in different local spots - Clear messaging that this solves isolation for global remote workers Why am I building in public? Because I want to: - Stay accountable - Move fast - Share the messy, honest process - Build WITH the people who need this: remote workers, Web2/Web3 nomads, creatives, and anyone tired of working without touching grass If you’d like early access, drop a “JAMU” below, I’ll DM you the waitlist link. Let’s see how far we can go in 8 days. More updates tomorrow.
