How to build a $10B company today? I'm flying out from SF to Bali Hacker House with my close founder friends. Startups used to be built with friends for the same company, but nowadays with AI, it's much faster and more efficient to work on your own mission and hire specialists to grow later. I'm hacker-housing with: > A guy who just got 3M views on his launch video and now all the major VCs are asking him for meetings. > A guy who went through YC and raised a couple of million dollars. > A guy who crossed $200k arr without any funding or ad spend (well that's me) We'll ship as fast as we can by learning from each other. I believe this is the modern way of building a very big company in the end.
