Nice to meet you! 😊 When you constantly focus on the awful men and women out there, you start to perceive the entire world as being made up of awful men and women. In reality, there are far fewer of them—though next time, your mind will fill in all the negatives on its own and fail to see anything good. We shape our own reality. If a person believes they are incredibly lucky in everything, that’s exactly how it will be. If they believe they are the unhappiest person on earth, that’s how it will be, too.
