A big part of becoming happier came from changing what my ordinary days look like. Iβve met people earning a fraction as much who sleep well, love deeply, take care of their health and wake up excited about the day. These days Iβm much more impressed by a peaceful mind, a healthy body, people you love and control over your time. Iβm more at peace than Iβve ever been, and Iβm gradually working through my anxiety.
