Looking for long-term partners to help build an esports organization that lasts. My name is Ray, and after spending years around esports, scrims, and gaming communities, I’ve decided to build something bigger than just another team. My goal is to create an organization focused on developing talent and giving aspiring players real opportunities through coaching, boot camps, educational resources, analytics, and more. I’m investing my own money into this project and am committed to growing it for the long term. I’m not interested in signing a few players, spending a bunch of money, and shutting down a year later. I want to build something sustainable that genuinely helps people pursue their esports dreams. I’m looking for: • A co-founder/investor who believes in the vision • Someone with GFX/VFX experience • Passionate people with esports knowledge and a strong work ethic If you’re interested in building something meaningful from the ground up, send me a DM.
