I am Afe Racheal from Nigeria. I am a physiotherapist currently serving my fatherland at a general hospital in Lagos. I am passionate about helping remote workers work better without letting work wreck their bodies. I talk about: → Neck & back pain → Workstation ergonomics → Movement during long workdays → Healthy work habits I am also a brand identity designer. I am looking to connect with more remote workers, founders, creatives, professionals and other physiotherapists on X. Thanks.
