Over the past few months, I’ve been laying the foundations for what we’re building at @tzeir_inc — soon to be called Zeya (pronounced Zey-ya, which means light in Turkish). Because that’s what we’re building: light: for memory, for emotion, for story. Zeya is an emotional tech platform. We’re building a product that uses storytelling to help people feel seen, process life, and understand the world a little better. Think of it as the bridge between narrative and mental clarity; between emotion and technology. A platform for stories that heal, humanize, and help people hold onto meaning. The response so far? Overwhelming. People have begun submitting their stories. They want to be part of it. But I know it’s time to expand. I can’t do it alone. After speaking with other founders, one thing became clear: I need a cofounder. Someone technical. Someone who can build. Not a freeloader. Not a temporary team member. But a partner. Someone who shares the vision, the belief, and the madness. Because what we’re building is only for the insane. Only the truly insane can seek to technologize storytelling and attempt to make people understand what is being built. What I’m looking for: If you have a strong tech background—product, engineering, design thinking, backend or full stack—and if you’ve been looking to build something real, something human, something that won’t just be a startup but a platform that outlives us, then you’re the right fit. Please bear in mind, this is not a quick-money gig. It’s sweat equity. It’s belief over salary, for now. But there will be equity. And once we raise, there will be funding. And more than that: there will be impact. I’m looking for someone smart, ambitious, obsessed with craft, and not afraid of building from the ground up.
