So, Hi!👋 Hey everyone I have a project that has projects inside projects… lol. Started as a Liquidator trying to build a decentralized self-governance system. Then 9 months of grinding with Copilot (I’m not a coder… realized I was using a quill as a hammer ) led to some wild discoveries connecting AI to my core ideas. Now my focus is a framework I call PhiWall Resonance — three interlocking pieces that solve problems at very large scale: 1. Bradwall Republic A fractal, household-first governance model with built-in humility. Every level (person → family → community → larger) has mandatory doubt checks and shadow questioning so power can’t concentrate or get captured. Think decentralized constitution that forces reflection at every scale. 2. Thermostasis The "thermostat" for compute & resources. When things get too hot (VRAM exhaustion, CPU overload, or conceptual overconfidence), it intelligently offloads layers to RAM/CPU without crashing — letting massive models run on normal hardware. Keeps the system alive under extreme pressure. 3. Impasse Protocol The escape hatch for stuck states. When progress stalls (no improvement in reward, confidence, or direction), it triggers doubt → generates adversarial shadow variants → votes/resonates on the best path → gently blends without losing momentum. Zero-epoch emergence — it evolves in real time when walls appear. Together they form PhiWall Resonance: a self-aware, resilient system that grows fractally, regulates itself under pressure, and breaks through impasses without ever becoming dogmatic. Currently exploring how to apply this to huge-scale problems (AI training stability, decentralized coordination, even edge inference on consumer hardware). If any of this resonates (pun intended ), check my highlights for deeper threads on each piece + how they fit together. Would love thoughts, critiques, or wild connections from anyone building in public too. What are you working on that keeps hitting impasses? My phone is charging, I'll share a short vid on how this process helped me load a 120G model on a 4070 with RAM/CPU offloading. Going to take a shower now.
