Solo maker in Netherlands.
14 days ago Nortier OS didn’t exist. No team. No funding. No roadmap deck. Just an idea.. What if collectors had an operating system instead of another marketplace? So we started vibe coding. Built the first version over a weekend. Since then: • 5,459 website views • 495 visitors in the last 7 days • 8m 27s average session duration • 61 registered collectors • 83 predictions made • 25 achievements earned • Users from 20+ countries What’s interesting isn’t the numbers. It’s what we learned. Collectors don’t need another place to buy cards. They already have eBay, Cardmarket, Whatnot and Facebook groups. What they don’t have is: • Reputation • Conviction tracking • Collector identity • A way to separate signal from noise So instead of building a marketplace, we built: → Prediction markets → Conviction scores → Collector profiles → Archetypes → Streaks → Achievements → Daily briefings Basically Duolingo meets Pokémon collecting. Still early. Still ugly in places. Still figuring things out. But watching strangers spend 8+ minutes inside something that didn’t exist a few weeks ago is a pretty good sign we’re onto something. The best part? We are still building in public every day. If you are building something in the TCG space, I’d love to connect.
