A few weeks back, I decided to start my data analyst journey in public, partly inspired by @DabereNnamani, who kept hammering on the importance of building in public. And in that short time, I've figured something out. It all comes down to this: Be intentional about who you follow and connect with. Your network should reflect and accelerate your growth. Many people underrate the power of having real, mutual connections within their niche — and it's wild. How do you grow if that's not part of the plan? The best growth happens when you and your mutuals are learning from each other — not just following for numbers. There's really no reason to have a disorganized timeline when you can be intentional. Pick your niche, build the right circle, and let the community do what it's supposed to do. This applies to every field, every niche. No exceptions."
