I’m officially building my automation business in public. And I’m starting from where I actually am. → Building CRM, AI & Automation systems → Finding my own clients → Learning sales → Improving my skills → Figuring out what actually works But there’s a bit of a story behind this. Around this time last year, I was just starting to learn automation. Around the same time, I got the opportunity to work with an Australian based Automation agency for a peroid of 6 months. An old Client came back for Notion services but eventually started delegating automation tasks to me. That gave me hands-on experience working on actual client systems and real business workflows, not just building things for practice. That experience taught me more than just watching tutorials ever could. Six months later, around March, the agency dropped me. And honestly, that forced me out of my shell. I could either keep waiting for opportunities or go out and create my own. So I started hunting for clients. That rabbit hole took me deep into: • Client acquisition. • Lead generation. • Cold outreach. • Sales. • Positioning. • Personal branding. I've spent the last six months learning that side of the game. And now I want to start documenting the journey here on X. Not as a guru. Not because I have everything figured out. Just documenting what I'm learning, what I'm building, what works, what doesn't, and hopefully the clients I land along the way. If you're also building something from scratch, let's connect.
