Founder in Brazil.

Claude Code made something very clear to me: a lot of SaaS workflows are still way more manual than they should be. While building Groware, I kept thinking about how absurd this still is. A founder wants to understand one simple thing: where is revenue actually coming from? And to answer that, they usually need to open: Stripe GA4 a spreadsheet for MRR another one for costs Then they try to connect everything manually. That makes no sense. So this is exactly the kind of problem I’ve been attacking while building Groware. Not just “more analytics”. A system that helps turn fragmented data into actual visibility. The logic is simple: → capture where the user came from → connect that user to payments → normalize revenue events → show MRR, churn, margins and attribution in one place What should be simple became manual. And once something important becomes manual, it gets slower, uglier and less reliable. That’s the real problem. Tools like Claude Code make this even more obvious. Because they show how much useless operational work still exists in software. And honestly, that is where a lot of the opportunity is. Not in creating more dashboards. In removing the manual mess between the tools people already use. That’s a big part of what I’m building with Groware. Building in public.
