This morning I read a sensational tweet by @glennwrites1 on the power of building in public on X. X is filled with individuals flaunting how they made 5k in 3 days or changed this person's life. But they have no proof of it. No testimonials, no results, and no credibility. Nada. Transparency and authenticity go a long way in building trust and loyalty with your audience. From Day 1 of starting @BreathingByEd, I have used the strategy of showing in public how I went from anxious and unmotivated to a calm and confident individual. Sharing all my tips and tricks, key habits and best practices as well as certain things not to do. How to get from A to B. Sharing these insights has clearly resonated with quite a number of individuals looking for new ways to manage their stress and anxiety. What's the next step you ask? Sharing in public how I am building out my Breathe To Achieve program and helping individuals go from A to B as I did. Why? Seeing is believing. On that note, it's time for me to share another CLIENT WIN! @BodyweightFit_ is on his second week of my Breathe To Achieve program. @BodyweightFit_ reached out to me looking to improve his daily breath hygiene and improve his endurance as he prepares for the Rome Marathon early next year. After just 2 weeks working together, we have... 1) Massively enhanced his breath hygiene from excessive mouth breather to nasal breathing at almost all times. 2) Transformed his sleep quality. 3) Started the journey of implementing nasal breathing into his athletic performance for optimal endurance. The best part? We are just getting started 馃殌 ... Yes, this post is mainly about @BodyweightFit_ success so far working with me so far. But more importantly, it is about how to connect, build trust, and demonstrate your value to your audience. Start sharing your wins in public. Start sharing your mistakes in public. Just start sharing authentic and insightful experiences with your followers. I promise your audience will thank you for it.
