One of the biggest determinants of success is who you surround yourself with in your 20s. It’s crucial to intentionally choose who you let influence you, and to build friendships based on shared values as opposed to passive friendships by default. SF has hacker houses, but none really exist in Toronto (that I’m aware of). So I decided to start one. I launched a hacker condo in downtown Toronto to match young and ambitious founders to live and build together. It’s a brand new 3 bed 2 bath condo at King and Blue Jays Way. We have 2 rooms are opening up for June 2024! Renting this condo isn’t just a roof over your head, but a lifestyle and a community. You get: - Facilitated matchmaking with like-minded roommates - Free VClub membership ($600 value) to meet founders and investors in Toronto over poker - Free startup resources - Access to Onova/Inoki studio for coworking space on east end of Toronto ($2,000 value) - Bed, work desk and monitor in each room Condo Amenities Highlights - 18,000 Sq. Ft. of Indoor/Outdoor Amenities - 24-Hr Indoor Fitness Centre and Peloton Bikes - Outdoor Fitness Space, Yoga Studio and Basketball Court - Indoor Sauna - Coworking Space
