I've built 5 startups. 3 failed. The 4th is on pause and might not make. And here’s the fun part: I don’t know who needs to hear this, but if you’re working a 9-5, bootstrapping your dream at night, and obsessively moving buttons around in your app like they’re sacred runes - hi, my name is Anthony, welcome to the club - we’re probably the same person. I’ve poured years into startups that looked amazing and did absolutely nothing. No one asked for them. No one used them. 2 of them even had dark mode. Still no one cared. Yet here I am, again. I love building. Customer discovery? Yeah, I discovered I hate it. I’ve cold emailed. Posted on Reddit. Once, I even made a TikTok. Got 10 views. 8 from me, 2 from my son. But somehow, despite the failures, I can’t stop. Because every night when the world goes quiet and Figma opens up, I move pixels around like they’re therapy. Not for the world. For me. So yeah, maybe no one cares. But that pixel? It’s in the exact right spot now
