I’ve never really done a proper introduction here, so here it is: I’m Akanksha. I’ve spent 20+ years working at the intersection of reputation, communications, brands, and crises. - I’ve advised Boards, Chairmen and CXOs through growth, uncertainty and some very high-stakes moments. - I’ve built and scaled PR & Communications engines across India and 30 international markets, managing ₹10Cr+ budgets and teams across PR, Brand, Government Relations, Public and Corporate Affairs, CSR, ESG and Content. - I’ve spent 3 years in a 24x7 crisis environment. It was probably one of the toughest professional experiences of my career, and it taught me the most about reputation. - I’ve worked with 100+ CXOs and senior leadership, helping turn their ideas and expertise into stories that could travel. - I helped build leadership visibility across 50+ national platforms every year, including Shark Tank India during my stint at BharatPe. - Helped a brand secure its first Forbes India cover. I’ve managed crises where the stakes weren’t just headlines. They were trust, stakeholders and business value. - I’ve worked closely with policymakers and institutions, including NITI Aayog, Invest India etc. - I’ve managed 25-member agency/internal communication ecosystems across India and APAC. After 20+ years, one thing matters to me more than titles, budgets, or headlines: What happens when things get difficult. Because that’s when you really understand a leader, understand a brand, and reputation matters most. I’ll be sharing more here about crisis management, reputation, founder visibility, leadership, brands and the lessons I’ve picked up along the way.
